About Anita

With a diverse background in both healthcare and leadership, I am a certified full-spectrum doula, specializing in birth, postpartum, and bereavement care. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, a post-baccalaureate in Paralegal Studies, and a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership (MOL). As a qualified mental health professional (QMHP), I bring over 25 years of experience in mental health, substance use and abuse, trauma-informed care, and strength-based approaches to support individuals and families.

My true passion lies in empowering individuals and families to thrive, helping them navigate their unique needs, strengths, and goals as they grow together. I believe in fostering resilience and building on each person's inherent capabilities.

Outside of my professional life, I love cooking, creating, and planning. Whether it's experimenting with new recipes, painting, or exploring new ideas, I enjoy adding creativity and joy to everyday life.
